Technology Manager Zürich/Zug/Liechtenstein (m/w/d) \- \[A016194\]

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Governance der gesamten IT\-Umgebung
  • Hauptansprechpartner für externe IT\-Dienstleister, Managed\-Service\-Provider und interne Stakeholder
  • Überwachung der Servicequalität anhand von SLA\-, KPI\- und Vertragsvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen IT\-Betriebs
  • Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Incidents, Service Requests, Problemen und Changes
  • Koordination von Eskalationen sowie Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen Lösungsfindung
  • Überwachung von Cyber\-Security\-Massnahmen, Schwachstellenmanagement und Compliance\-Anforderungen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Eskalation technologischer Risiken an Management und CIO
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Übersetzung von Business\-Anforderungen in IT\-Lösungen
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von IT\-Projekten sowie digitalen Transformationsinitiativen
  • Steuerung externer Partner bei Projektumsetzungen und Change\-Vorhaben
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen Dokumentation von IT\-Services, Assets und Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Management\-Reports zu Service Performance, Risiken, Security und Projekten
  • Mitwirkung bei IT\-Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle sowie Lizenz\- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Compliance\-Prüfungen und Governance\-Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • 7–12 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT\-Umfeld, idealerweise in Financial Services, Family Offices, Investment Management oder einem regulierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Management von Managed\-Service\-Providern und externen Technologiepartnern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365\- und Azure\-Umgebungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT\-Governance, Informationssicherheit und Risikomanagement
  • Verständnis für Outsourcing\-Modelle und Third\-Party Governance
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von IT\-Projekten und Transformationsprogrammen
  • Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich für Business\-Stakeholder aufzubereiten
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Senior Management und anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse

Die Funktion sieht eine regelmässige Präsenz von 2\-3 Tagen pro Woche in Liechtenstein vor. Die übrige Arbeitszeit kann flexibel an den Standorten Zürich und Zug erbracht werden.
