Senior Product Manager (AdTech/Retail Media) - Portugal Full Remote

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a large-scale UK digital retail business as Senior Product Manager for its advertising technology. You will shape how advertising works across Web and App platforms, unlocking new monetisation opportunities while keeping the customer experience excellent. This is a high-ownership role: you will set the vision, own the roadmap, be accountable for revenue outcomes and influence several Digital teams. You will join a culture that values empathy, self-organisation and clear communication, and that actively encourages the use of AI in product management, analysis and documentation.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

  • Drive the long-term vision, adoption and implementation of AdTech across Web and App, expanding advertising capabilities and optimising existing placements to maximise supplier revenue
  • Partner with the Retail Media team to own the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog against core business goals
  • Influence Design, Engineering and Commercial/Retail Media teams to prioritise and deliver the features you need
  • Improve tracking and reporting, and enable more efficient self-service experiences for business partners and suppliers
  • Set high customer experience standards with Design, Research and Retail Media, including guiding principles for suppliers and internal approvals
  • Embed accessibility guidelines and support for assistive technologies
  • Define success metrics that ladder up to business OKRs and the online scorecard
  • Travel to the UK once or twice a month

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital products, with real ownership of roadmap and backlog prioritisation (not just delivery)
  • Hands-on experience in AdTech, Retail Media or ad-supported digital products, having launched or optimised ad placements or formats on web and/or mobile app
  • Solid understanding of the ad serving ecosystem: placements, targeting, tracking, reporting and inventory management
  • Direct accountability for revenue-related metrics such as ad revenue, fill rate, CTR, eCPM and supplier/advertiser revenue
  • Proven ability to balance commercial goals with customer experience, making trade-off decisions on live products
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders without direct authority (Design, Engineering, Commercial/Retail Media teams)
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining KPIs/OKRs and using data to drive prioritisation
  • Availability to travel to the UK 1–2 times per month
  • Fluent English (C1 or above), written and spoken

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

  • Experience with an ad server or AdTech platform (Kevel, Google Ad Manager or similar)
  • Experience with self-service tooling for advertisers or suppliers
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) and assistive technologies
  • Experience leading or supporting platform migrations
  • Background working closely with Design and UX Research teams

Compensation: €2,300 – €2,900/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
