We zoeken een gedreven coach voor Women2Work, een traject dat personen met een migratieachtergrond begeleidt richting de arbeidsmarkt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je begeleidt deelnemers individueel en in groep. Concreet:

  • Je bereidt groepssessies voor en geeft ze rond zelfontwikkeling, talenten, arbeidsmarkt en professionele vaardigheden.
  • Je coacht deelnemers en begeleidt hen richting vrijwilligerswerk, opleiding, stage of werk.
  • Je ontwikkelt en past lesmateriaal en oefeningen aan.
  • Je werkt mee aan outreach, onderhoudt partnercontacten en neemt deel aan netwerken rond migratie, integratie en arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je rapporteert over de projectopvolging en ondersteunt een stagiair en, waar relevant, vrijwilligers.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die mensen kan motiveren en activeren. Je voelt je thuis voor een groep, maar maakt evengoed tijd voor individuele begeleiding.

Je:

  • beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring;
  • hebt bij voorkeur al (minimale) ervaring met coaching, vorming, activering of sociaal-cultureel werk;
  • communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands;
  • kan informatie helder en toegankelijk overbrengen;
  • werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en volgt deelnemers consequent op;
  • bent sociaalvaardig, geduldig en praktisch ingesteld;
  • kan vlot omgaan met verschillende culturele achtergronden, niveaus en verwachtingen;
  • neemt initiatief en springt binnen een klein team bij wanneer dat nodig is.

Ervaring met mensen met een migratieachtergrond en kennis van bijkomende talen zijn sterke troeven.
