The posting

We zoeken een gedreven, hands-on projectmedewerker die mee verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van onze social maatschappelijke projecten. Je werkt in een klein team, dicht bij deelnemers, je collega’s en partners.

Je werkt in hoofdzaak binnen een project waarin we mensen met een migratieachtergrond versterken via coaching, groepsactiviteiten, informatie en netwerkvorming. Een greep uit je takenpakket:

• De inhoudelijke en praktische opvolging van het project De weg naar Empowerment en de geplande activiteiten.

• Het ondersteunen en opvolgen van de coach en het bewaken van de voortgang.

• Het ondersteunen en briefen van de stagiaires die bij HWA werken in onze projectwerking.

• Het onderhouden van contacten met partners en andere betrokken organisaties.

• Deelname aan netwerkoverleg en het verder uitbouwen van relevante samenwerkingen.

• Het verzamelen en opvolgen van resultaten, deelnemersgegevens en andere projectinformatie.

• Tussentijdse en finale rapportering naar subsidieverstrekkers en partners.

• Praktische en inhoudelijke betrokkenheid bij andere HWA-projecten wanneer dat nodig is.

Je bent iemand die graag zijn/haar schouders zet onder een project én de kleine organisatie die HWA is. Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert even goed in een klein team waar collega’s geregeld over de grenzen van hun eigen project heen samenwerken.

Je werkt gestructureerd en kan hoofd- van bijzaken onderscheiden. Rapporteren, plannen en opvolgen gaan je goed af, maar je bent evengoed bereid om praktisch de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer een activiteit daarom vraagt.

We zoeken daarnaast iemand die:

• beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante opleiding en ervaring;

• bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met projectwerking, sociaal-cultureel werk, integratie, activering of een aanverwant domein;

• vlot en professioneel communiceert in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

• makkelijk contacten legt met verschillende doelgroepen en professionele partners;

• zelfstandig prioriteiten kan stellen en afspraken opvolgt;

• flexibel is wanneer activiteiten uitzonderlijk ’s avonds of buiten de klassieke kantooruren plaatsvinden. Uiteraard kan je overuren op een ander moment opnemen wanneer nodig.

• zich kan vinden in een diverse organisatie en respectvol omgaat met verschillende culturele achtergronden en perspectieven.

Extra talen en ervaring in het werken met mensen met een migratieachtergrond zijn een troef.
