Estamos em busca de um(a) Estoquista Sênior para atuar em uma operação de restaurante de alto padrão em Fernando de Noronha.

Buscamos um profissional experiente, organizado, com perfil analítico, senso de responsabilidade e capacidade de liderança, que tenha domínio dos processos de gestão e controle de estoque, garantindo eficiência, qualidade e disponibilidade dos produtos necessários à operação.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Coordenar e executar os processos de recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e distribuição de mercadorias;
  • Realizar a conferência de notas fiscais, quantidades, especificações e qualidade dos produtos recebidos;
  • Gerenciar o controle de entrada e saída de mercadorias, garantindo a atualização dos registros em sistemas e planilhas;
  • Monitorar níveis de estoque, consumo, necessidade de reposição e compras;
  • Acompanhar prazos de validade, condições de armazenamento e conservação dos produtos;
  • Realizar inventários periódicos e conferências físicas, identificando divergências;
  • Controlar perdas, desperdícios, avarias e possíveis rupturas de estoque;
  • Garantir a organização, identificação, limpeza e conservação dos espaços de armazenamento;
  • Acompanhar o estoque de alimentos, bebidas, insumos e materiais utilizados na operação;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de controle e movimentação de estoque;
  • Elaborar relatórios de entradas, saídas, consumo e necessidades de reposição;
  • Manter alinhamento com os setores de cozinha, salão, compras e gestão;
  • Orientar e acompanhar a equipe envolvida nas rotinas de estoque, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino médio completo; desejável formação técnica ou superior em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em gestão e controle de estoque;
  • Vivência em cargos de maior responsabilidade na área de estoque;
  • Conhecimento em controle de inventário, curva ABC, PEPS e gestão de validade;
  • Domínio de Excel e sistemas de controle de estoque/ERP;
  • Experiência com recebimento e conferência de notas fiscais;
  • Capacidade de análise, planejamento e organização;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Perfil proativo, comprometido e com senso de liderança;
  • Disponibilidade para residir e trabalhar em Fernando de Noronha.

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL

  • Experiência em restaurantes, hotéis, pousadas ou operações de alimentos e bebidas;
  • Vivência com gestão de estoque de alto volume e diversidade de produtos;
  • Conhecimento em boas práticas de armazenamento e segurança dos alimentos;
  • Experiência com controle de custos, CMV, perdas e desperdícios;
  • Capacidade de estruturar processos e implementar melhorias na gestão de estoque.
