Vi søger en struktureret og engageret Business Service Assistent til en fast stilling, hvor du bliver det centrale bindeled mellem vores kunder, værksteder og servicevogne. Hvis du drømmer om at kombinere din viden fra autobranchen med koordinering og suveræn kundeservice, så er du måske vores nye kollega.

Som Business Service Assistent får du en alsidig rolle, hvor struktur, tempo og service går hånd i hånd. Du er ofte kundens første kontakt, når uheldet er ude, og du sikrer med din venlige telefonstemme, at de hurtigt og trygt kommer videre.

Dine primære opgaver bliver:

  • Kundeservice: Yde professionel telefonisk og skriftlig rådgivning til private og erhvervskunder.
  • Koordinering: Disponere og koordinere servicevogne over hele landet, så nedbrud på lastbiler, entreprenør- og landbrugsmaskiner løses hurtigt.
  • Administration: Oprette ordrer, udarbejde tilbud på mekaniske opgaver samt dæk/fælg-løsninger.
  • Rådgivning: Være en stærk support og sparre med vores egne værksteder.

Hvem er du?

Måske er du uddannet mekaniker og har lyst til at bruge din tekniske viden i en administrativ rolle, hvor du stadig har berøring med branchen. Du ved, at dækbranchen har to faste højsæsoner om året, og det motiverer dig kun, at dagene er forskellige. Det er desuden en stor fordel, hvis du har en god geografisk forståelse.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Trives med telefonen som dit primære arbejdsredskab og elsker kundekontakt.
  • Kommunikerer klart og professionelt på både skrift og i tale.
  • Arbejder struktureret, er hurtig på tasterne og har sans for detaljen.
  • Har flair for planlægning og bevarer overblikket i pressede situationer.
  • Er stærk i IT – erfaring med Office-pakken, TomTom, Webfleet og AX er et stort plus.
  • Har kørekort (kategori B).
