I mere end 75 år har Spectre udviklet og produceret outdoor- og sportstøj for førende internationale outdoor- og sportsbrands. Bag forretningen er en international organisation med mere end 5.000 medarbejdere på tværs af Danmark, Vietnam, Tyskland og Letland – og det skaber en finansiel kompleksitet, som du kommer helt tæt på som Financial Controller.

Du bliver en del af finansteamet på fem personer på hovedkontoret i Ikast og refererer til CFO. Herfra får du en bred kontaktflade og arbejder med økonomien på tværs af selskaber og lande. Din rolle spænder fra koncernrapportering og konsolidering til skat, moms og transfer pricing, og gradvist får du mulighed for at tage et større ejerskab for Spectres interne rapporterings- og ledelsesrapporteringsprocesser.

Som Financial Controller er det dig, der:

  • driver koncernrapportering og konsolidering på tværs af Spectres selskaber
  • deltager i budgettering og opfølgning og udarbejder den finansielle rapportering til ledelsen
  • bidrager til udarbejdelsen af årsregnskaber og sikrer kvalitet i rapporteringsgrundlaget
  • arbejder med transfer pricing, moms og øvrige skatteforhold, herunder dokumentation og compliance
  • håndterer interne afregninger og øvrige finansielle processer mellem selskaberne
  • bidrager til optimering og insourcing af opgaver ift. skat og udarbejdelse af årsrapport

Du kommer dermed både ned i detaljen og får blik for den samlede koncern – og hvor ansvaret kan vokse i takt med, at du lærer forretningen og processerne at kende.
