Stærk position og ansvarlig udvikling

Danæg har gennem mere end 130 år opbygget en stærk position som en af de førende leverandører af friske æg og forædlede ægprodukter – både nationalt og internationalt. Rødderne går tilbage til 1895, hvor andelsselskabet Dansk Andels Ægexport blev etableret for at styrke eksporten af danske æg til England, baseret på bl.a. høje kvalitetskrav og øget sporbarhed. I dag bygger koncernen fortsat på at fastholde høje kvalitetsstandarder inden for dyrevelfærd, fødevaresikkerhed og sporbarhed.

Vi er nu på udkig efter en Group IT Manager, som får det overordnede ansvar for at sikre en stabil og fremtidssikret IT-infrastruktur på tværs af Danægs lokationer. Mere konkret består rollen af følgende ansvarsområder og arbejdsopgaver:

  • Udvikle og implementere IT-strategi i tæt samarbejde med direktionen og forretningsområderne
  • Sikre stabil drift af IT-infrastruktur, herunder produktionsnære IT-løsninger (OT), samt effektiv support og service
  • Lede og udvikle IT-teamet og styrke samarbejdet både internt og eksternt
  • Drive digitaliserings- og automatiseringsprojekter, herunder optimering af processer på tværs af virksomheden
  • Ansvar for IT-sikkerhed, herunder beredskabsplaner, adgangsstyring og compliance
  • Budgetansvar for IT-området samt udarbejde og prioritere forslag til investeringer
  • Overvåge teknologiske trends, herunder AI
  • Understøtte data- og rapporteringsbehov, herunder BI-løsninger og integrationer

Du refererer til virksomhedens Group CFO, Jesper Vikelsø Jensen, og får base på det nybyggede hovedkontor i Christiansfeld. Du kan forvente 10-20 rejsedage om året.
