En stærk markedsposition med ambitioner om mere

NDI Group A/S er en familieejet koncern med mere end 50 års erfaring fra dæk- og hjulbranchen. Koncernen ejer flere selskaber på tværs af Norden herunder kendte brands som Super Dæk Service, Flex1One, Tyretrust og J.A.K. Workwear.

Med hovedkontor i Brørup og cirka 1.150 medarbejdere er NDI Group kendetegnet ved høj faglighed, stærke kunderelationer og ambitionen om at være branchens bedste. Nu søger koncernen en Head of Sales, der kan drive den kommercielle udvikling og styrke salget i både NDI og Super Dæk Service i Danmark.

Du får det overordnede ansvar for den danske salgsorganisation, herunder P&L-ansvar og overordnet ledelse af fem salgschefer og en salgsgruppe på cirka 40 medarbejdere, hvor salgscheferne refererer direkte til dig.

Dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at:

  • Lede og udvikle salgsorganisationen med fokus på omsætning, indtjening og performance
  • Implementere den fælles strategi og sikre fremdrift på tværs af NDI og Super Dæk Service
  • Styrke salget gennem Sales Excellence, tydelige mål og systematisk opfølgning
  • Udvikle det digitale salg i samarbejde med den digitale salgsafdeling
  • Sikre effektiv anvendelse af CRM samt opdaterede Go to Market-planer
  • Analysere salgsresultater og markedsandele og omsætte indsigter til konkrete handlinger
  • Udvikle lederne og sikre de rette kompetencer til at indfri målsætningerne
  • Styrke samarbejdet med kunder, leverandører og koncernens øvrige selskaber.

Du bliver desuden en central deltager i de danske og nordiske lederfora og i tværgående projekter, der understøtter koncernens fælles ambitioner.

Arbejdsstedet er Brørup, og du refererer til Nordic Sales Director (CSO), Jakob Scheel.
