Fra cykelstier og kommunale veje til større infrastrukturprojekter

Colas Danmark A/S realiserer anlægs- og infrastrukturløsninger for blandt andre kommuner, Vejdirektoratet og private entreprenører. Virksomheden har ca. 450 medarbejdere i Danmark og er en del af den internationale Colas-koncern med aktiviteter i mere end 50 lande.

Til entrepriseafdelingen i Viborg søger Colas en tilbudsleder med det overordnede ansvar for tilbud på asfaltprojekter i Region Midt. Her får du en central rolle i at omsætte udbudsmateriale, projektforståelse og markedsindsigt til konkurrencedygtige tilbud. Projekterne varierer i både størrelse og kompleksitet, og mens nogle kræver flere ugers beregningsarbejde, vil du på andre tidspunkter have flere tilbud i gang på samme tid.

Du bliver især en tung spiller i tilbudsfasen på de helt store projekter under Vejdirektoratet, og dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at:

  • beregne tilbud på asfaltprojekter – fra cykelstier og kommunale veje til motorvejsprojekter
  • gennemgå udbudsmateriale og planlægge og deltage i tilbudsmøder
  • analysere projekternes risici, muligheder og ressourcebehov
  • indhente og vurdere tilbud fra underentreprenører
  • sikre konkurrencedygtig kalkulation og prissætning med blik for markedet
  • følge op på tilbud og dokumentere beregningsarbejde, aftalegrundlag og kontrakter
  • sikre Colas’ krav til miljø, kvalitet og arbejdsmiljø gennem tilbudsprocessen.

Du refererer til regionschef, Jes Koue Hansen, der som leder lægger vægt på tydelighed og dialog. Du får sparring, når du har brug for den, men også ansvar og plads til selv at finde løsningerne.

Du bliver en del af en entrepriseafdeling, hvor tilbud, produktion og projektledelse arbejder tæt sammen, og på tværs af landet deler du viden og erfaringer med hele tilbudsorganisationen.
