Warehouse & Account Support Coordinator (Japanese Bilingual)

70% Warehouse Operations / 30% Corporate Account Support

Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA Salary: $43,000–$45,000 annually (DOE) Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Account Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

This hybrid role combines hands-on warehouse operations (approximately 70%) with corporate account and customer support (approximately 30%), making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both physical and office-based work.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations (Approximately 70%)

  • Receive and process incoming shipments
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels
  • Prepare and pack outbound shipments
  • Coordinate shipping and dispatch activities
  • Support daily warehouse operations and organization

Account & Customer Support (Approximately 30%)

  • Communicate with corporate clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide operational updates and shipment status to customers

Qualifications

  • Basic Excel skills (data entry and simple functions)
  • Comfortable using computers and general office software
  • Japanese bilingual (professional Japanese required)
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
