Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em compras estratégicas, gestão de estoques e negociação com fornecedores, que possua visão analítica, estratégica e financeira, com foco na otimização de recursos, redução de custos e melhoria dos resultados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Planejar e executar compras considerando demanda, histórico de vendas, sazonalidade, giro e necessidade de reposição.
  • Gerenciar os níveis de estoque, buscando equilíbrio entre disponibilidade de produtos, cobertura, variedade do mix e capital investido.
  • Analisar indicadores de estoque, curva ABC, giro, rupturas, excessos e produtos de baixo giro, propondo melhorias.
  • Negociar com fornecedores preços, prazos, condições comerciais, fretes, bonificações e verbas comerciais.
  • Acompanhar o cumprimento das negociações e o recebimento das verbas comerciais acordadas.
  • Desenvolver e avaliar fornecedores, assegurando competitividade, qualidade e eficiência no abastecimento.
  • Planejar o orçamento de compras, considerando fluxo de caixa e necessidades financeiras.
  • Acompanhar custos, formação de preços, margens e estratégias de precificação.
  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização e ampliação de produtos.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Comercial e Logística.
  • Elaborar análises gerenciais, acompanhar indicadores e apresentar propostas estratégicas à Diretoria.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em compras, incluindo planejamento, negociação com fornecedores e gestão de abastecimento.
  • Experiência prática em gestão de estoques, com domínio de indicadores como curva ABC, giro, cobertura e planejamento de reposição.
  • Experiência em negociações comerciais estratégicas, desenvolvimento e gestão de fornecedores.
  • Conhecimento em análise de custos, formação de preços, margens de lucro e fluxo de caixa.
  • Domínio de Excel e experiência com sistemas ERP.
  • Capacidade de análise de indicadores e tomada de decisões com foco em resultados.

Buscamos um profissional analítico, organizado, proativo e estratégico, com autonomia, habilidade de negociação, visão financeira e capacidade de identificar oportunidades de melhoria.

  • Experiência em empresas atacadistas, distribuidoras ou operações com grande variedade de produtos.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à análise de dados e otimização de processos.
  • Conhecimento em processos de importação.
