Positionsübersicht:

Wir suchen einen Account Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und zur Förderung unseres Wachstums im deutschen Markt. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie für die Gewinnung neuer Kunden, den Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen und die Bereitstellung eines hervorragenden Kundenservice während des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung im gesamten deutschen Markt durch proaktive Ansprache und nachhaltigen Beziehungsaufbau.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege langfristiger sowie vertrauensvoller Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Bestandskunden.Kommunikation mit Kunden über persönliche Termine, Telefon und E-Mail.
  • Erreichen ambitionierter Vertriebsziele und KPIs sowohl hinsichtlich Umsatz als auch Qualität.
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden während des gesamten Kaufprozesses mit hoher Serviceorientierung und fachlicher Kompetenz.
  • Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung sowie sorgfältige Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich).
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in, Account Manager/in oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Position.
  • Reisebereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, Kunden regelmäßig deutschlandweit zu besuchen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein Talent für den Aufbau und die Pflege von Beziehungen.
  • Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.Ein technischer Hintergrund ist ein großes Plus.
