Position Overview

Responsable de liderar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la seguridad, el cumplimiento a la seguridad patrimonial en todas las plantas de manufactura. Su función principal es garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos regulatorios y mantener la integridad protegiendo los activos de la empresa.

What you'll do

  • Supervisar la implementación y mantenimiento de los programas C-TPAT y NEEC, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por las autoridades aduaneras y de comercio exterior.
  • Desarrollar políticas y procedimientos para garantizar el cumplimiento continuo de los estándares de seguridad y los requisitos regulatorios.
  • Coordinar auditorías internas y externas para evaluar el cumplimiento de los programas C-TPAT y NEEC, identificando áreas de mejora y recomendando acciones correctivas.
  • Realizar evaluaciones periódicas de seguridad patrimonial para identificar y mitigar riesgos relacionados con la seguridad física y la protección de activos.
  • Proporcionar capacitación y orientación a los empleados sobre los requisitos de seguridad y cumplimiento de C-TPAT, NEEC y seguridad patrimonial, promoviendo la conciencia y el compromiso con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Mantener relaciones efectivas con las autoridades municipales, socios comerciales y otras partes interesadas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos regulatorios.
  • Comunicar regularmente con la alta dirección y otros departamentos sobre temas relacionados con la seguridad.
  • Coordinar la respuesta a incidentes de seguridad, incluyendo robos, intrusiones y otras violaciones de seguridad patrimonial, asegurando la implementación oportuna de medidas correctivas y preventivas.
  • Desarrollar planes de contingencia y procedimientos de respuesta para mitigar los impactos de emergencias y proteger los activos de la empresa.
  • Entre otras responsabilidades asignadas.

Who you are

  • Educación mínima: carrera afín terminada.
  • 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Liderazgo en negociación y manejo de personal.
  • Experiencia previa en funciones de seguridad,, cumplimiento de comercio exterior o seguridad patrimonial.
  • Conocimientos en OEA.
  • Inglés 90%.
  • Excel intermedio – alto
  • Conocimientos en NEEC.
  • Conocimientos en C-TPAT.
