Descripción del Puesto

Comunicación interna, relaciones publicas e imagen corporativa.

Lo que harás

  • Coordinar la logística para la recepción de visitantes, clientes y proveedores, asegurando una experiencia profesional y de calidad.
  • Planificar y supervisar la preparación de coffee breaks para reuniones ejecutivas, capacitaciones y eventos internos.
  • Mantener la presentación y condiciones adecuadas de salas de juntas y espacios destinados para reuniones y visitas.
  • Apoyar en la organización y logística de eventos corporativos y actividades internas.
  • Participar en la generación y difusión de comunicación interna, incluyendo comunicados, reconocimientos, campañas y actividades dirigidas a los colaboradores.
  • Apoyar en la administración y generación de contenido para redes sociales y medios de comunicación corporativos, fortaleciendo la presencia e imagen de la empresa.
  • Coordinar la cobertura de actividades internas mediante fotografías, videos y otros contenidos para comunicación interna y externa.
  • Promover la participación de los colaboradores en la comunicación de actividades y logros de la empresa, contribuyendo al sentido de pertenencia y fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional.
  • Apoyar en actividades de Relaciones Públicas y protocolo, contribuyendo a proyectar una imagen profesional ante clientes, proveedores, visitantes y comunidad.
  • Proponer mejoras en los procesos de comunicación, atención a visitas y organización de actividades corporativas.
  • Apoyar en actividades administrativas relacionadas con la coordinación de reuniones, eventos, proveedores y requerimientos del área.

Quién eres

  • Estudiante activo(a) a partir de 6to semestre de: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas. Negocios Internacionales. Ing. en gestion empresarial. Comunicación Diseño grafico O carreras afines.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales
  • Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel
  • Inglés básico/intermedio deseable.
