Descripción del Puesto

El practicante brindará apoyo al área de Ingeniería en el análisis, documentación, control y estandarización de los procesos de manufactura, colaborando en el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos orientados a la optimización de los procesos operativos. Será responsable de participar en el seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño, el análisis de datos y la identificación de variaciones en los procesos, contribuyendo a la implementación de acciones que favorezcan la eficiencia, el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos y la mejora del desempeño operativo. Asimismo, proporcionará soporte en actividades de administración y control de procesos, trabajando de manera colaborativa con el equipo de Ingeniería para asegurar la correcta ejecución y seguimiento de los proyectos asignados.

Lo que harás

  • Apoyar en la documentación y estandarización de procesos.
  • Realizar el análisis y seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño.
  • Detectar variaciones y oportunidades de optimización en los procesos.
  • Ejecutar muestreos y análisis de datos de las variables de los procesos.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de controles y administración de procesos.
  • Brindar soporte en proyectos relacionados con procesos de manufactura.
  • Elaborar reportes técnicos y dar seguimiento a las actividades asignadas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Ingeniería en el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de procesos.

Quién eres

  • Estudiante activo(a) de Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • Inglés básico.
  • Conocimientos básicos en: Lean Manufacturing (7 desperdicios). Six Sigma. Trabajo estándar. Control de procesos.
