About the Company:

Founded in Singapore, the company is leading real estate agency operates as one of the region's largest listed real estate brokerages, delivering integrated services spanning residential, commercial, and industrial transactions, project marketing, investment sales, corporate leasing, and property valuation.

We are looking for Partnership Development Executive to spearhead partner acquisition and industry networking efforts. The primary focus of this role is to act as a key liaison - identifying high-value real estate agency leaders, discovering their organizational challenges, and arranging executive-level introduction meetings with Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Mapping: Proactively identify real estate brokerages, agency principals, and team leaders to map out high-potential collaboration avenues. Build and curate a structured database of targeted prospects, contact details, and engagement stages.
  • Targeted Outreach: Initiate cold and warm contact via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email campaigns to engage prospective agency leaders and spark interest in potential synergies.
  • Needs Assessment & Qualifying: Conduct exploratory conversations to uncover prospects' operational bottlenecks, expansion goals, and partnership readiness. Filter high-fit opportunities and write strategic briefing notes prior to executive meetings.
  • Executive Meeting Management: Coordinate, schedule, and confirm discussion sessions between qualified prospects and senior leaders. Brief attendees on meeting agendas, issue timely reminders, and manage logistical details to guarantee high attendance rates.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Post-Meeting Support: Maintain meticulous logs of daily contact efforts, lead progression, and meeting feedback in our CRM. Follow up on action items post-meeting and keep executive management updated on market insights and pipeline velocity.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, appointment setting, inside sales, corporate recruitment, or partner relationship management.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in real estate agencies, property sales networks, or B2B relationship management will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Remuneration: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500
