About the Company

A leading Japanese company specializing in semiconductor testing equipment, including probe cards and test sockets. The client has around 1,500 employees worldwide, with subsidiaries in the United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Germany.

We are looking for a Probe Card Technician in Singapore to repair and assemble probe cards in a cleanroom environment. The position reports to the Technical Manager.

Report to: Technical Manager

Working Day: 5-day week

Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (shift work maybe required in future)

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and assemble probe cards and related components.
  • Inspect and handle delicate parts under a microscope.
  • Operate specialized manufacturing and testing equipment.
  • Follow cleanroom procedures and prevent contamination.
  • Assist with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration.
  • Document work progress, report problems, and improve repair processes.

Requirements

  • Good hand skills and attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable working under a microscope and in a cleanroom environment
  • Fluent in English to communicate with international colleagues. Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the semicoductor industry, especially with probe cards and test sockets.
  • Experience in precision work.
  • Knowledge of wafer testing or semiconductor final testing.
