The posting

About Us:

Huntey's Clubhouse was established in 1995 and has grown from in-home childcare to eight childcare centers. Quality childcare was at the heart of our business in the beginning and remains our number one focus today.

Our mission is to provide a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. We offer activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.

We thrive on a strong sense of community, and our caregivers are a major part of our success. Beyond professional requirements, our staff are nurturing, attentive, and able to communicate with parents and children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing the classroom curriculum, adapting to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore, play, and learn.
  • Support children's development through structured activities, play, and positive behavior guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to maintain classroom routines, organization, and effective communication with parents/guardians.
  • Monitor and report children’s progress and any areas of concern to the Lead Teacher.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and classroom effectiveness.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Uphold company standards and comply with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) is not required but is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children in an early childhood setting is a plus.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to engage in physical activity with children and lift up to 30-40 pounds.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Positive, patient, and flexible demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (vacation, holidays)
  • Professional development assistance and tuition reimbursement
  • Health and Wellness Programs, including counseling services and a free streaming workout subscription.
  • Childcare tuition discount for employees
  • Flexible schedules with no nights or weekends required
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
  • A fun, supportive, and collaborative work environment
  • And best of all…a fun-filled family atmosphere where every day brings an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families!

Work Schedule:

  • 12PM-6PM, Monday to Friday. Hours may be adjusted or flexed based on classroom ratios and staffing needs to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements.
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays.
  • Flexibility to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with specific scheduling requirements based on classroom needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
