Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 4/5 PM – 8 PM, plus Saturdays 11 AM – 3 PM (some flexibility available)

Job Description

This year, our center celebrates 20 years. Our Exam Prep program exists because our founder was one of the first in the entire system to embrace exam prep and we’ve been building a first class ACT/SAT prep program since including the community partnerships that make this program what it is today.

We're looking for an EP Coordinator we can trust with that legacy — someone who will run this program with the same care it's always had, sit across from parents and speak honestly and warmly about their student's progress, and help carry Exam Prep into what's next.

The Benefits of Working at Huntington Include

  • Opportunity to positively impact and change the lives of students
  • Fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding work environment
  • Paid, comprehensive initial and ongoing training
  • High growth potential for top performers, in a program with two decades of roots

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Parent & Student Progress Meetings

  • Conduct regular Interim Conferences (IC) with parents and students — reviewing progress, addressing concerns, and keeping students on track for success
  • Review testing data and student progress to guide meaningful conversations with parents
  • Follow up with families after conferences, testings, and inquiries
  • Schedule and conduct retests; communicate results to families

Enrollment & Testing

  • Field initial inquiries (phone and walk-in) and conduct intakes and consults for EP families
  • Grade, enter, and analyze testing results
  • Support cross-marketing promotions, college fair outreach, and mailing/call campaigns

Program Management

  • Manage new-start programming: data entry, tuition collection, prep, and program setup
  • Maintain and adjust student and teacher schedules; run programming checks and reprogramming
  • Manage EP material inventory, supplies, and proper staffing

Teachers & Day-to-Day Operations

  • Train and support part-time EP teachers; run EP teacher meetings and observations
  • Help run the EP teaching floor day-to-day
  • Manage EP teacher scheduling
  • Answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and process payments

Retention & Growth

  • Conduct exit calls, generate referrals, and support re-enrollment outreach
  • Support collection of monthly payments

Requirements and Qualifications Include

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–5 years of education, customer-facing, or management experience preferred
  • Comfortable and confident presenting student progress and data to parents
  • Warm, organized communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Assertive, customer-service-minded communication style
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced program with deep community roots
  • Comfortable with everyday technology (laptops, tablets, scheduling/data systems)

Experience

  • Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
