Principais atividades:

  • Recomendar práticas de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento integradas a qualidade dos produtos educacionais da Brasil Paralelo,
  • Melhorar a experiência do colaborador no onboarding;
  • Colaborar no Ciclo de Gestão de Desempenho para melhorias no processo e orientações da liderança.
  • Participar ativamente de iniciativas que fortalecem a cultura organizacional da BP;
  • Contribuir em programas de desenvolvimento de liderança desde futuros líderes até executivos;
  • Desenvolver iniciativas de T&D focadas no mapeamento de posições-chave, identificação de talentos, retenção de colaboradores e aumento do engajamento do time;
  • Identificar e/ou desenvolver parceiros e fornecedores de T&D;

Requisitos:

  • Alinhamento com a cultura e aos valores da Brasil Paralelo;
  • Experiência sólida em projetos de desenvolvimento profissional;
  • Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de apresentação, como por exemplo; Pitch, Prezi, Zoho Show, Haiku Deck ou PPT;
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário no uso do Excel e/ou Planilhas Google;
  • Habilidade em Design Thinking e Storytelling;
  • Capacidade de realizar projetos diferentes simultaneamente;
  • Capacidade de estudar tendências e cenários de mercado para viabilizar projetos prototipados via business cases.

Será considerado como diferencial:

  • Experiência com indicadores e relatórios gerenciais de T&D
  • Vivência no uso de IA em projetos de RH;
  • Experiência em estrutura de RH de startups.
