As a Manager within our HCM practice, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, developing consulting talent, and delivering complex transformation programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of HCM transformation projects and workstreams across global and local client organizations.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on HR operating models, process optimization, and technology strategy.
  • Oversee implementations of Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Lead client workshops, executive presentations, and solution design discussions.
  • Manage project scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate functional and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop consultants across multiple project engagements.
  • Support business development activities, proposals, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of Huron methodologies and delivery excellence standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience delivering HCM transformation or cloud HCM implementation projects within a consulting environment.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR operating models and end-to-end HR processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing consultants.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Piloter des programmes et projets de transformation RH de bout en bout.
  • Conseiller les directions RH sur l'évolution de leurs processus, de leur organisation et de leur stratégie SIRH.
  • Diriger des projets d'implémentation de solutions Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud ou SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Animer des ateliers de cadrage et des comités de pilotage avec les parties prenantes métiers et les sponsors exécutifs.
  • Superviser les activités de conception, configuration, tests, déploiement et accompagnement au changement.
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets, plannings, risques et dépendances projets.
  • Encadrer, former et développer les consultants de l'équipe.
  • Contribuer aux activités commerciales, aux réponses à appels d'offres et au développement de la practice HCM.
  • Promouvoir les méthodologies et les meilleures pratiques Huron.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme Bac+5 ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en transformation RH ou implémentation de solutions HCM acquise en cabinet de conseil.
  • Expérience significative sur Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud ou SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Maîtrise des processus RH de bout en bout.
  • Expérience avérée de pilotage de projets et de gestion de la relation client.
  • Capacité à encadrer et développer des équipes de consultants.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication et de présentation.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et orientation résultats.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Mobilité pour accompagner les clients en France et à l'international.
