Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HCM solutions supporting end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Contribute to projects involving Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging leading practices and industry standards.
  • Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
  • Lead functional project activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and project deliverables.
  • Manage project workstreams and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing HCM solutions or supporting HR transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with at least one major HCM platform such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Previous consulting experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Vos missions

  • Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions HCM couvrant les processus RH de Hire to Retire.
  • Contribuer aux projets d'implémentation de solutions telles que Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud ou SAP SuccessFactors, en appliquant les meilleures pratiques du marché.
  • Participer aux ateliers avec les équipes RH afin de recueillir les besoins métiers et contribuer à la définition des processus cibles.
  • Intervenir sur les différentes phases des projets : conception, configuration, tests, recette, déploiement et accompagnement au démarrage.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques sur les sujets d'intégration avec les autres systèmes (ERP, paie, etc.).
  • Contribuer au partage des connaissances et accompagner les consultants plus juniors lorsque nécessaire.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en implémentation de solutions HCM ou en transformation des processus RH.
  • Expertise technique : Expérience sur au moins une solution HCM majeure (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud ou SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Expérience en cabinet de conseil : Une expérience en cabinet de conseil (Big Four ou équivalent) est appréciée.
  • Connaissances fonctionnelles : Bonne compréhension des processus RH (Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, etc.).
  • Qualités personnelles : Esprit d'équipe, sens du service client, capacité d'analyse, autonomie et volonté d'évoluer dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
