Vi søker nå 1. Styrmann / Sikkerhetsoffiser til våre skip.

Vi ser etter en engasjert og ansvarsbevisst leder som ønsker å bidra til sikker og effektiv drift om bord. Rollen gir mulighet til å påvirke, utvikle og videreføre vårt arbeid innen navigasjon, sikkerhet og operasjonell kvalitet.

Du har erfaring som navigatør, gjerne med bakgrunn innen sikkerhetsarbeid, og evner å kombinere faglig trygghet med gode samarbeidsevner.

Som Sikkerhetsoffiser er du en sentral pådriver for sikkerhetsarbeidet om bord. Du bidrar til å styrke sikkerhetskulturen gjennom opplæring, oppfølging og kontinuerlig forbedringsarbeid, og sørger for at sikkerhet er en naturlig del av den daglige driften.

  • Du tar personlig ansvar for sikkerhet, helse og miljø
  • Du har høy stressterskel og høyt sikkerhetsfokus
  • Du er selvstendig, strukturert og målbevisst
  • Du er besluttsom og nøyaktig
  • Du er serviceinnstilt og liker å arbeide tett med mange mennesker
  • Du er komfortabel med gjestekontakt og forstår at alle om bord har en viktig rolle i å skape gode opplevelser for våre gjester

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Sertifikatkrav minimum DO3
  • Crowd & Crisis-kurs
  • Farledsbevis langs kysten er en betydelig fordel
  • GOC radiosertifikat
  • Erfaring med AIS/ECDIS
  • Godkjent helseerklæring
  • HMOB
  • IT Kompetanse
  • Flytende muntlig og skriftlig i norsk eller annet skandinavisk språk
  • Flytende engelsk
  • Erfaring som styrmann, og helst sikkerhetsoffiser
  • Erfaring fra cruise / passasjerskip er en fordel
