Procuramos um talento para integrar nossa equipe de Engenharia de Projetos, onde você não será apenas um auxiliar, mas um membro ativo no ciclo de vida completo do produto. Suas responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolvimento e Inovação: Integrar o time de desenvolvimento de projetos mecânicos, aplicando as melhores práticas de engenharia e metodologias ágeis (quando aplicável) para garantir a excelência do design.
  • Análise e Otimização: Conduzir análises críticas e simulações avançadas de componentes e sistemas, utilizando softwares de ponta para otimizar desempenho, custo e durabilidade.
  • Qualidade e Produção: Atuar como elo técnico entre a Engenharia e a Produção, acompanhando de perto a fabricação de equipamentos para garantir a qualidade e conformidade com as especificações técnicas e normas regulatórias.
  • Validação e Testes: Liderar a execução de testes de protótipos e validação de equipamentos. Você será responsável por coletar, registrar e analisar dados de performance, transformando resultados em insights acionáveis para melhoria contínua do produto.
  • Documentação Estratégica: Estruturar a documentação técnica e elaborar relatórios de performance de alta qualidade, garantindo a rastreabilidade do projeto e a transferência de conhecimento para as equipes internas.
  • Interface Técnica: Participar ativamente da interface técnica com fornecedores e clientes. Realizar visitas técnicas para auxiliar na resolução de desafios complexos em campo e garantir a satisfação do cliente.
  • Crescimento Contínuo: Promover a inovação contínua na área, pesquisando e propondo a implementação de novas tecnologias, materiais e tendências de mercado para aprimorar os processos de engenharia.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia Mecânica;
  • Conhecimento prático ou acadêmico em softwares de CAD e simulação (ex: SolidWorks).;
  • Forte desejo de aprender, proatividade e excelente capacidade de comunicação;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e receber feedback construtivo.
