We’re one of the world’s oldest start-ups — and we’re just getting started.

At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future — and we want you to be part of it.

At Husqvarna Group, within Global Aftermarket Operations P&A, our Supply & Inventory Planning team ensures that products flow efficiently from our factories and external suppliers to our sales companies and distributors. Our mission is to provide customers with the right products, at the right time, while maintaining capital efficiency and operational excellence.

We are now looking for a Supply & Inventory Planner to join our team in Huskvarna. In this role, you will act as a key interface between our product categories, factories, suppliers, and sales companies. You will collaborate closely with experienced team members in a dynamic, supportive, and results-driven environment, where teamwork and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Please note that this is a fixed term-employment during 2027.

Key responsibilities

  • Own your assortments delivery performance from our state-of-the-art distribution center in Stigamo, as well as our Regional Distribution Centers, meeting targets to exceed customer expectations.
  • Be the link between product categories, sales companies, factories, and suppliers, using forecasts from our demand team to secure availability and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Place orders and proactively monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Pro-actively monitor supply risks, mitigate and escalate internally & externally.
  • Balance availability and capital efficiency by managing inventory and driving the elimination of slow-moving articles within your assortment
  • Maintain and continuously improve planning parameters and master data, including article setup and registration, to ensure accurate planning and execution.
  • Be an active part in product launches and phase-outs and support resolving quality issues.
  • Drive improvements and play an active role in organizational change initiatives.

Who we are looking for

You are a structured, analytical, and driven problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment. You demonstrate strong personal leadership traits, such as initiative, accountability, and adaptability, and you value the potential for continuous improvement and positive change. You are service-minded, flexible, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.

Your skills and background

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • University degree in logistics, economics, or equivalent professional experience.

You will be welcomed into a company and a culture that values collaboration, personal leadership, and continuous improvement. Whether you have recently graduated or already gained some relevant experience, we offer an opportunity to build your skills and grow within our organisation. You do not need to have all the answers from day one; what matters is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to contribute.

Location:

This position will be placed in Huskvarna, Sweden. We believe in a dynamic, energized workplace and day-to-day collaboration, and we meet in the office at least 4 days a week (80%).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
