Bij Brouwerij Huyghe – al vier generaties van dezelfde familie – brouwen we meer dan 42 unieke bieren, waaronder het wereldberoemde Delirium (ja, dat roze olifantje!). Dit bier werd zelfs uitgeroepen tot het beste ter wereld in zijn categorie!

Onze bieren zijn geliefd in meer dan 100 landen en met lokale teams in een aantal landen bouwen we internationaal verder aan ons succes.

Voor onze site in Merelbeke-Melle zijn we op zoek naar techniekers die de bottelarij, de vatenlijn en de brouwerij ondersteunen in de dagelijkse activiteiten om het brouwen en bottelen vlot te laten lopen.

Hou je van productie en techniek en wil je meewerken aan de vlotte productie van onze lekkere bieren? Dan is de functie van (storings)technieker iets voor jou!

Je voert dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om de stilstanden snel op te lossen en onderbrekingen zo kort mogelijk te houden.

Wat is de job?

o Doeltreffende acties uitvoeren bij storingen en productieproblemen

o Technische ondersteuning bieden aan de productie operatoren bij voorbeeld bij het afstellen van machines

o Snel ingrijpen en prioriteiten continu aanpassen volgens de situatie

o De handen uit de mouwen steken en praktisch ingesteld zijn

• Je helpt mee aan de uitvoering van het preventief en curatief onderhoud

• Je ondersteunt automatisatie en aanpassingen in de organisatie

• De activiteiten kunnen zich situeren in volgende domeinen;

o Elektriciteit

o Electromechanica

o Pneumatica

o PLC sturing

o Waterbehandeling

o Milieubeheer

o Wisselstukken in voorraad

Wat kan je?

• Je steekt de handen uit de mouwen en je bent praktisch ingesteld zijn

• Je bent gedreven om technische problemen op te lossen Je bent leergierig

• Je kan analytisch denken

• Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, efficiëntie en duurzaamheid in wat je onderneemt

• Je kan verantwoord omgaan met alcohol

• Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Je hebt kennis van technische installaties bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie zoals sensoren, pompen, transportsystemen, afvulinstallaties, etiketteermachines, robotten…

• Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in onderhoudswerk in een productiebedrijf bij voorkeur in de voeding

• Ervaring in bierproductie is een pluspunt

• Talen: Nederlands perfect beheersen
