Warmtenetten groeien niet vanzelf. Daar zijn mensen voor nodig die ontwikkelingen in een regio begrijpen, kansen herkennen en partijen in beweging krijgen. Als accountmanager warmtenetten bij HVC Warmte speel je een sleutelrol in de verduurzaming van de regio Drechtsteden. Je verbindt gemeenten, woningcorporaties, vastgoedeigenaren en ontwikkelaars aan duurzame warmteoplossingen en helpt plannen om te zetten in concrete aansluitingen.

Je bent zichtbaar in de regio, kent de lokale opgaven en weet waar ontwikkelingen samenkomen. Met jouw netwerk, overtuigingskracht en gevoel voor samenwerking bouw je aan duurzame relaties én aan duurzame warmtevoorzieningen die bijdragen aan een schonere toekomst.

Inhoud van de functie

Als accountmanager warmtenetten ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders binnen jouw regio. Je volgt maatschappelijke en ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen op de voet en vertaalt deze naar kansen voor bestaande en nieuwe warmtenetten.

Je adviseert partners over collectieve warmteoplossingen, bespreekt de mogelijkheden van aansluiting op het warmtenet en begeleidt trajecten richting concrete afspraken. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit ontwikkeling, techniek en uitvoering om tot haalbare en toekomstbestendige oplossingen te komen.

In deze rol combineer je strategisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen bestuurlijke gesprekken, commerciële afspraken en interne afstemming, zodat projecten daadwerkelijk verder komen.

Verantwoordelijkheden, team en werkzaamheden

Samen met collega's binnen Klant & Business Ontwikkeling werk je aan de verdere groei van de warmtenetten van HVC. Binnen het team werken gebiedsontwikkelaars, projectontwikkelaars, accountmanagers en backofficecollega's nauw samen aan de realisatie van duurzame warmteprojecten.

Je houdt je onder meer bezig met:

  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met stakeholders in jouw regio.
  • Het signaleren van ontwikkelingen en het vertalen daarvan naar kansen voor warmtenetten.
  • Het adviseren van partners over collectieve warmte en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Het uitwerken van technische en financiële mogelijkheden samen met inhoudelijke specialisten.
  • Het vastleggen van afspraken en het begeleiden van een goede overdracht naar uitvoering.
  • Het creëren van draagvlak bij stakeholders en het verbinden van verschillende belangen.

De samenwerking binnen het team is open en informeel. Collega's zoeken elkaar gemakkelijk op, delen kennis en werken gezamenlijk aan oplossingen die technisch, financieel en maatschappelijk werken.

  • Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een commerciële, adviserende of ontwikkelende rol binnen een complexe stakeholderomgeving.
  • Sterke relatievaardigheden en het vermogen om belangen van gemeenten, corporaties, ontwikkelaars en andere publieke partners samen te brengen.
  • Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, met affiniteit voor energie, duurzaamheid of gebiedsontwikkeling.
  • Ervaring binnen de warmte- of energiesector is een pré, bijvoorbeeld bij een netbeheerder of warmtebedrijf.
