Een warmtenet moet blijven leveren. Dag in, dag uit. Als beheerder decentrale assets zorg jij dat de installaties die daarachter zitten technisch op orde zijn en blijven. Je bewaakt hun staat, analyseert storingen, houdt onderhoud en afspraken scherp in de gaten en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan betrouwbare warmtelevering.

Vanaf de inbedrijfstelling krijg je assets in beheer. Daarna ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met beheer en onderhoud te maken heeft. Dat betekent niet alleen controleren wat er vandaag speelt. Ook vooruitkijken hoort erbij. Waar ontstaan risico's? Welk onderhoud komt eraan? Wat kan slimmer? En welke actie is nodig om de installatie betrouwbaar te houden?

Onderdeel van het werk zijn storings- en procesanalyses, technische controles en het opstellen van onderhouds- en beheerplannen. Ook verzorg je in- en uitbedrijfstellingen en bewaak je de kwaliteit van bijvoorbeeld revisieprojecten. Daarbij let je erop dat werkzaamheden volgens de gemaakte contractafspraken worden uitgevoerd.

Verbeteringen die je ziet, werk je uit tot concrete voorstellen. Bij nieuwe installaties controleer je bovendien de voorgeschreven rapportages voordat deze in gebruik worden genomen. Waar nodig ondersteun je de afdeling Aanleg bij de realisatie van het warmtenet.

Binnen Operations werk je samen met beheerders, projectleiders en opzichters in de regio's Alkmaar en Dordrecht. Ook is er veel contact met collega's van Engineering, Proces Ondersteuning, Techniek & Innovatie, Klantenservice en Aanleg.

In de dagelijkse praktijk betekent dit onder meer:

  • De staat en het onderhoud van jouw assets bewaken, maandelijks een ronde uitvoeren en bevindingen vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Storingen en processen analyseren, installaties inspecteren en onderhouds- en beheerplannen actueel houden.
  • Werkzaamheden van externe partijen coördineren en controleren of kwaliteit, processen en contractafspraken worden nageleefd.
  • Afstemmen met onder andere Klantenservice over storingen en werkzaamheden en deelnemen aan het storingswachtdienstrooster.
  • Minimaal mbo+ werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen de energietechniek. Kennis van installatietechniek is een pre.
  • Technisch en analytisch vermogen om storingen en processen te beoordelen, oorzaken te achterhalen en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Een zelfstandige en zorgvuldige manier van werken. Je neemt beslissingen, bewaakt afspraken en houdt overzicht over wat nodig is.
  • Heldere communicatie en een klantgerichte instelling, zodat je soepel samenwerkt met collega's, klanten en externe partijen.
