The posting

Een factuur wijkt af, informatie ontbreekt of een goedkeuring blijft liggen. Als Medewerker crediteurenadministratie zorg jij dat het proces niet stilvalt. Je zoekt uit waar het misgaat, schakelt met de juiste collega en krijgt de factuur weer in beweging. Zie je dat hetzelfde probleem vaker terugkomt? Dan pak je ook de oorzaak aan.

Binnen de crediteurenadministratie verwerk en controleer je inkoopfacturen in Rossum en Oracle. Afwijkende of afgekeurde facturen zoek je zelfstandig uit. Daarbij wacht je niet af tot iemand anders het oplost: je haalt ontbrekende informatie op, stemt af met collega's of andere afdelingen en zorgt dat er duidelijkheid komt.

Naast de dagelijkse verwerking kijk je hoe het slimmer kan. Zie je een terugkerende fout, onduidelijke werkwijze of onnodige stap? Je maakt het bespreekbaar en komt in actie.

Dit pak jij op

  • Controleren en verwerken van inkoopfacturen in Rossum en Oracle.
  • Uitzoeken en oplossen van afwijkende of afgekeurde facturen.
  • Actief schakelen met collega's en andere afdelingen om het proces verder te brengen.
  • Signaleren en oppakken van verbeteringen in het factuurproces.

Vanuit Alkmaar werk je in een team van zes collega's binnen Finance. In Alkmaar werken zo’n 35 tot 40 Finance-collega's; daarnaast werken er circa 10 in Dordrecht.

Duidelijke processen en afspraken geven structuur aan het werk. Daarbinnen krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zaken op te lossen. Thuiswerken is mogelijk, maar voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die ook graag regelmatig met het team op kantoor samenwerkt.

  • Mbo-opleiding bedrijfsadministratie of een vergelijkbare administratieve richting.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen de crediteurenadministratie.
  • Je kunt afwijkende facturen zelfstandig uitzoeken en weet wanneer je collega's of andere afdelingen nodig hebt om tot een oplossing te komen.
  • Nauwkeurig werken én collega's op een constructieve manier aanspreken wanneer actie nodig is.
