In deze functie geef je leiding aan een van de drie klantenservice teams (ongeveer 15-20 medewerkers). Je werkt samen met je teamleider, teamcoördinator klantenservice en teamcoördinator afvalcoaching. Samen coach je jouw team op een enthousiaste, gedreven en inspirerende wijze. Jouw team is verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van vragen en adviseren van klanten over afvalinzameling via verschillende communicatiekanalen. Daarnaast krijg je energie van continu verbeteren en faciliteer je jouw team bij het behalen van persoonlijke- en afdelingsdoelstellingen.

Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het leidinggeven aan een team van 15 - 20 klantenservice medewerkers, inclusief alle HR-gesprekken zoals verzuim.
  • Het organiseren en coördineren van de werkzaamheden binnen het team;
  • Het onderhouden van operationeel contact met externe partijen zoals gemeenten en uitzendbureaus en deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen met andere afdelingen (accountteams);
  • Het organiseren van functioneringsgesprekken en het begeleiden van collega’s bij verzuim;
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit en het continu verbeteren van onze processen.

Sollicitatieprocedure: Er zijn in totaal 2 gesprekken en een assessment.

  • Een afgeronde Mbo-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting zoals klantenservice, management, of communicatie;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring, binnen een klantenservice-omgeving als operationeel leidinggevende;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken in moderne CRM-systemen en ziet het als een uitdaging om procesessen te verbeteren;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met afval, afvalscheiding, recycling, aanbiedregels en duurzaamheid.
