The posting

Dagelijks worden meer dan 100 verschillende grondstoffen vervoerd over zo'n 800 transporttrajecten. Als teamleider transport zorg jij dat die operatie niet alleen draait, maar steeds slimmer wordt.

In een logistieke omgeving die continu in beweging is, houd je overzicht en stuur je mensen én de operatie aan. Je geeft richting, spreekt mensen aan en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is. Tegelijk kijk je verder dan de dag van vandaag: waar anderen een verstoring oplossen, zoek jij naar de oorzaak. Zo zorg je dat de operatie vandaag draait én morgen beter presteert.

Samen werken jullie aan een efficiënte, veilige en betrouwbare logistieke operatie. Je bent daarbij zichtbaar voor je team en weet mensen mee te krijgen in veranderingen. Goede ideeën blijven niet op papier staan: jij zorgt ervoor dat ze onderdeel worden van de dagelijkse praktijk.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Je analyseert grondstofstromen, planning en prestaties en vertaalt inzichten naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Op basis van KPI's stuur je op een efficiënte, veilige en betrouwbare logistieke operatie;
  • Als sparringpartner van de ketenregisseur adviseer je over ontwikkelingen, knelpunten en kansen binnen transport en logistiek;
  • Je geeft leiding aan circa 20 tot 25 chauffeurs en transportplanners en creëert duidelijkheid, samenwerking en resultaat.

  • Hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring met het analyseren en verbeteren van logistieke processen op basis van data en KPI's.
  • Minimaal drie jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een operationele omgeving.
  • Sterk in het verbinden van mensen, processen en resultaten.
