The posting

Een geplande stop laat weinig ruimte voor verrassingen. Als werkvoorbereider stops zorg jij daarom dat werkzaamheden, materialen, mensen en planning vooraf kloppen. En verandert er tijdens de stop iets? Dan overzie je wat er nodig is, hak je knopen door en stuur je bij. Zo help je onze installaties veilig en goed weer in bedrijf te krijgen.

HVC wekt uit afval warmte en elektriciteit op. Binnen de Business Unit Energie uit Afval zorgt Assetbeheer voor betrouwbare, toekomstbestendige installaties. Goed voorbereide stops zijn daarin belangrijk: wat jij vooraf organiseert en tijdens de uitvoering regelt, heeft direct invloed op de betrouwbaarheid van onze installaties.

Wat je gaat doen

Tijdens geplande stops ben jij een vast aanspreekpunt voor de technische voorbereiding. Je vertaalt werkorders naar duidelijke werkpakketten en zorgt dat materialen, gereedschappen, documentatie en externe partijen tijdig geregeld zijn. Samen met planners bepaal je de werkvolgorde en stem je de werkzaamheden af met operations, onderhoud en contractors.

Zodra de stop loopt, verandert het tempo. Technische vragen, afwijkingen of wijzigingen vragen om snelle keuzes zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Jij ondersteunt het uitvoeringsteam, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt planning en werkzaamheden bij wanneer dat nodig is. Veiligheid en kwaliteit blijven daarbij leidend.

Na afloop is het werk voor jou niet direct klaar. Werkorders worden administratief afgesloten in het EAM-systeem, documentatie en onderhoudsplannen worden bijgewerkt en lessons learned neem je mee naar de volgende stop.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiden: werkorders uitwerken tot complete werkpakketten, werkinstructies en werkmethodes en technische documentatie controleren.
  • Organiseren: planning, werkvolgorde, materialen, onderdelen, middelen en externe partijen op elkaar afstemmen en knelpunten tijdig oplossen.
  • Veilig uitvoeren: TRA’s, LMRA’s en werkvergunningen voorbereiden, kwaliteit van werkpakketten bewaken en tijdens de stop technische vragen en afwijkingen oppakken.
  • Verbeteren: werkorders afronden, documentatie actualiseren en ervaringen uit de stop vertalen naar verbeteringen voor volgende werkzaamheden.

Daarnaast neem je binnen het team een leidende rol. Je stuurt functioneel aan en schakelt intensief met de Maintenance Manager.

Het team

Je werkt met monteurs, werkvoorbereiders en plant engineers. De samenwerking is direct en praktisch: kennis delen, elkaar helpen en samen zorgen dat het werk tijdens een stop veilig en goed wordt uitgevoerd.

Dat vraagt om iemand die verder kijkt dan zijn eigen werkpakket. Iemand die vooruitdenkt, ziet waar iets dreigt vast te lopen en het vervolgens ook regelt. Juist wanneer tijdens een stop meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk samenkomen, maak jij het verschil door overzicht te houden én in actie te komen.

  • Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde, Algemene Operationele Techniek (AOT) of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring met de werkvoorbereiding van stops.
  • Organisatorisch sterk: ook als de druk oploopt houd je overzicht en stuur je bij.
  • Heldere communicatie en het vermogen om collega’s en externe partijen functioneel aan te sturen en met elkaar te verbinden.
