Hvedholm Slotshotel søger en erfaren og engageret køkkenchef, som har lyst til at sætte sit eget gastronomiske præg på køkkenet og være med til at udvikle vores madoplevelser.

På Hvedholm arbejder vi med både a la carte, selskaber, konferencer og større arrangementer. Vi har derfor brug for en køkkenchef, der både kan holde hovedet koldt i en travl service og samtidig har blik for kvalitet, økonomi og udvikling.

DIN ROLLE

Som køkkenchef får du det overordnede ansvar for den daglige drift af køkkenet.

Du får blandt andet ansvar for:

  • Køkkenets gastronomiske retning og udvikling
  • Menuplanlægning og udvikling af nye retter
  • A la carte, selskaber og konferencer
  • Den daglige ledelse af køkkenteamet
  • Varebestilling, råvarer og køkkenøkonomi
  • Egenkontrol og fødevaresikkerhed
  • At sikre høj kvalitet og ensartethed i vores mad
  • At sikre orden, rengøring og hygiejne i køkkenet
  • At udvikle medarbejderne og skabe et godt arbejdsmiljø

Vi leder efter dig, der allerede har erfaring som køkkenchef eller souschef med et stort selvstændigt ansvar.

Du er fagligt stærk, struktureret og kvalitetsbevidst – men du er også en leder, som kan få mennesker med dig.
