Vorarbeiter / Polier (m/w/d) für die Betoninstandsetzung Unbefristet | Vollzeit | Moritzburg

Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Betoninstandsetzung
  • Kenntnisse in der Instandsetzungsrichtlinie des DAfStB und der ZTV IngMeister in der Betoninstandsetzung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • SIVV-Schein notwendig
  • Fachkenntnisse im Einsatz von Maschinen, Geräten und Materialien
  • Reisebereitschaft (Montagetätigkeit)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B zwingend erforderlich, gern auch BE
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Bereitschaft in einem hochmotivierten Team zu arbeiten

Hier bringst Du Dich ein:

  • Selbständiges Führen einer Baustelle, inkl. Baustelleneinrichtung
  • Auswahl und Führung von Personal auf der Baustelle
  • Überwachung von Nachunternehmereinsätzen
  • Durchführen projektspezifischer Unterweisungen sowie Baustelleninspektionen
  • Lieferanten- und Wareneingangskontrolle von Baustoffen
  • Sicherstellung aller internen und externen Qualitätsvorgaben sowie Umsetzung aller gesetzlichen sowie internen Arbeits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bau- und Projektleitung
