The posting

Unsere Projekte und damit auch unsere Aufgaben sind sehr vielfältig. Wir sind in folgenden Bereichen tätig:

  • Steuerungs- und HMI-Programmierung
  • Elektroplanung, Verdrahtung, Schaltschrankbau
  • Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL)-Simulatoren für automatisierten Softwaretest
  • Schulungssimulatoren für mobile Land- und auch Baumaschinen

Deine Aufgaben als Expert Prüf- und Testingenieur:

  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und dem Testen neuer Steuerungen sowie der Entwicklung neuer Test- & Schulungssimulatoren für Mobilmaschinen wie Krane, Bagger oder Radlader
  • Erstellung von Maschinenmodellen für den automatisierten Softwaretest von Maschinensteuerungen
  • Erstellung von 3D Interaktionsumgebungen
  • Inbetriebnahme von Schulungssimulatoren und Prüfständen für den automatisierten Softwaretest
  • Unterstützung der Softwareentwickler bei der Suche nach Fehlerursachen
  • Schnittstellendesign/Systemintegration

  • (fundierte) Kenntnisse CAN-Kommunikation
  • umfangreiches Fachwissen in der Systemsimulation von Antriebslösungen (Simulink, SimluationX o.ä.)
  • analytische Fähigkeiten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation in Kunden (fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse)

  • Erfahrung in ECU-Test und VeriStand
  • Kenntnisse über hydraulische Antriebe
  • Kenntnisse in Python und/oder C/C++ und im Umgang mit Softwareversionierungstools (SVN, Git)
  • Fähigkeit zum Lesen und Verstehen von E-Plänen und Hydraulikplänen
  • effiziente Fehlersuche und -behebung
