Sous un même toit, nous réunissons l'ensemble des compétences spécifiques à notre métier, du personnel de maintenance à l'ingénierie. \\Nous exploitons un parc d'ouvrages comprenant plus de 40 centrales hydroélectriques d'une puissance installée d'environ 22% du parc hydroélectrique suisse (25% avec le pompage). Ensemble, ces aménagements produisent près de 16% de l'énergie hydroélectrique suisse.\\ Grâce à notre savoir\\-faire unique, nous proposons des prestations à haute valeur ajoutée répondant aux besoins variés de nos clients, ainsi qu'aux standards de qualité les plus exigeants. Notre portefeuille de services s'adresse aux entreprises électriques, aux collectivités publiques, aux entreprises de transport de même qu'aux industries. Nous sommes principalement actifs en Suisse et intervenons ponctuellement à l'étranger. \\Spécialiste RH FR/DE\\ Lieu de travail : Sion Votre mission : Vous êtes passionné·e par les ressources humaines, appréciez le contact humain et êtes à l'aise aussi bien en français qu'en allemand ? Vos responsabilités : \* Vous gérez et accompagnez l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la publication des annonces jusqu'à l'engagement, en passant par la sélection des candidatures et la conduite des entretiens. \* Vous assurez de manière autonome différentes activités liées à l'administration du personnel. \* Vous établissez les contrats de travail, attestations, certificats et autres documents RH. \* Vous êtes une personne de référence pour les collaborateurs·trices et les responsables hiérarchiques pour les questions administratives RH. \* Vous assurez le suivi des entrées et des départs et contribuez au bon déroulement des processus RH. \* Vous participez activement à différents projets RH ainsi qu'à l'amélioration continue des processus. \* Grâce à vos compétences linguistiques, vous accompagnez les collaborateurs·trices aussi bien en français qu'en allemand. Vos compétences : \* Brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH ou équivalent \* Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue \* Expérience confirmée dans le domaine du recrutement et de la gestion du personnel \* Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels, connaissance de SAP souhaitée \* Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse \* Sens de l'organisation et aisance en communication \* Vous faites preuve de discrétion et accordez une importance particulière à la confidentialité des données personnelles \* Autonomie et aptitude à travailler en équipe Nous offrons des conditions de travail attractives et une ambiance agréable, soutenues par des valeurs d'entreprise.
