Mit rund 110 Mitarbeitenden entwickeln und produzieren wir hochwertige Babywindeln, Binden und Inkonti­nenzprodukte für den internationalen \- und Detailhandel. Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir eine führungsstarke, praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit. Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Leistung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsanlagen, Ersatzteilbeschaffung Aktive Mitarbeit an den Anlagen: mechanische Arbeiten, Troubleshooting \& nachhaltige Optimierungen Fachliche und personelle Führung des Technikteams (7 Mitarbeiter) Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen, vorbeugenden Unterhalts inkl. Ersatzteilmanagement Leitung von Investitionsprojekten (Modifikationen und Neubeschaffungen) von der Spezifikation bis zur Inbetriebnahme Technische Beurteilung von Produktinnovationen und neuen Materialien Ihr Profil Höhere technische Ausbildung (FH/ETH) oder vergleichbarer Leistungsausweis Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb Ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Freude an praktischer Arbeit an Maschinen Sehr gute mechanische Kenntnisse und strukturierte Problemlösungskompetenz Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen Deutsch als Muttersprache, verhandlungssicheres Englisch Wir bieten Wir bieten Ihnen eine Schlüsselposition mit Gestaltungsspielraum und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.
