🚀 Vi söker: Senior ILS-ingenjör / ILS-specialist – Integrated Logistics Support Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB söker en erfaren ILS-ingenjör / ILS-specialist för ett konsultuppdrag inom försvarsindustrin, med möjlighet till helt distansbaserat arbete från Sverige. Vill du bidra till att utveckla tillförlitliga och underhållsvänliga tekniska system i en avancerad ingenjörsmiljö? Då kan detta uppdrag vara rätt för dig! 🔧 Om uppdraget Du kommer att arbeta med analyser och tekniskt stöd kopplat till drift, underhåll och livscykelhantering av komplexa system och produkter. I rollen blir du en viktig resurs som säkerställer att underhållsperspektivet beaktas genom hela utvecklingsprocessen. Du representerar ILS-kompetensen i designrelaterade frågor och bidrar med analyser och rekommendationer som stödjer kostnadseffektiv drift, god underhållsmässighet och långsiktig systemtillgänglighet. 🎯 Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Genomföra analyser av drift, underhåll och systemens underhållsmässighet. Representera och driva ILS-perspektivet i design- och konstruktionsrelaterade frågor. Säkerställa att tekniska system och produkter utformas med fokus på underhåll och livscykelperspektiv. Utföra LORA-analyser (Level of Repair Analysis) för att bedöma lämpliga underhålls- och reparationsstrategier. Bidra med tekniska rekommendationer inom LSA/ILS. Samverka med konstruktions- och ingenjörsteam för att integrera underhållskrav i produktutvecklingen. Identifiera möjligheter att förbättra systemens underhållsmässighet och långsiktiga driftförutsättningar.

✅ Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet Vi söker dig som har en stark teknisk bakgrund och gedigen erfarenhet av ILS-arbete. Vi ser att du har: Ingenjörsutbildning eller motsvarande teknisk kompetens. Flerårig erfarenhet av LSA/ILS (Logistics Support Analysis / Integrated Logistics Support). Praktisk erfarenhet av drift- och underhållsanalyser. Erfarenhet av att genomföra LORA-analyser. God förståelse för underhållsmässighet, reparerbarhet och livscykelperspektiv. Förmåga att driva tekniska frågor och samarbeta med konstruktions- och ingenjörsteam. En konsultprofil på senior nivå, motsvarande cirka 6–7 års relevant erfarenhet eller mer. Ett strukturerat, analytiskt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt.
