🚀 We are looking for: Senior Project Manager – Introduction of new facility project model Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for an experienced project manager at competence level 4 for a strategic consulting assignment with a public operation within socially critical infrastructure. Do you have solid experience in leading complex projects, driving business changes and coordinating stakeholders in large organizations? Do you want to contribute to the development and introduction of a new project model for extensive construction projects? Then this mission may be right for you! 🔧 About the mission The assignment involves leading a project that develops and introduces a new civil engineering project model (APM). In the long term, the new model will replace an existing project model and create clearer control, more user-friendly processes and a scalable structure for the implementation of construction projects. A prototype of the model has already been developed. The next step is to further develop, publish and test the model in selected parts of the business as well as adapt working methods, reporting, follow-up and system support. As a project manager, you are responsible for the overall progress of the project and work closely with project owners, project groups, steering groups and relevant business parts. A central part of the role is change management and anchoring in a business with a portfolio of over 500 construction projects. 🎯 Main duties Plan, lead, coordinate and follow up the implementation of the project, including schedule, resources, finances and forecasts. Holding together project deliverables, milestones, dependencies and resource needs. Ensure propulsion in the development, testing and introduction of the new project model. Lead and coordinate change management, communication, involvement and anchoring in relevant business parts. Plan the introduction of new working methods, roles, processes and control models. Identify and manage risks, deviations and issues that require decisions or escalation. Plan and lead project and steering group meetings and produce decision documents and status reports. Coordinate dependencies on other initiatives, systems and operations. Ensure that project decisions, deliveries and documentation are kept up to date. Balance the business's needs and conditions against the project's goals and delivery requirements. Produce documentation and recommendations for possible subsequent scaling-up and migration. Prepare a structured handover for the next phase when deciding on further introduction.
✅ Qualifications and experience We are looking for an experienced project manager who can take overall responsibility for the implementation of the project and create progress in a complex organization. We see you have: Experience in leading and coordinating complex projects with many stakeholders and dependencies. Ability to plan and follow up schedules, resources, finances, risks and deliveries. Experience in change management and introduction of new working methods and processes. Ability to coordinate project groups, steering groups, project owners and business representatives. Experience in dealing with dependencies, deviations and issues that require decisions or escalation. Ability to produce clear decision-making documents, status reports and project documentation. Understanding of how changes affect the organization's processes, roles and working methods. A structured, solution-oriented and professional way of working. Very good communicative ability in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
⭐ Meritorious experiences It is an advantage if you have experience with: Development or introduction of project models, control models and joint processes. Major operational changes affecting several organizational parts. Construction projects, infrastructure or other technically complex activities. Large project portfolios and coordination of parallel projects. Preparations for scaling up and migrating from an existing to a new operating model.

Language: Swedish – very good knowledge 🚗 Travel: No planned trips within the assignment beyond attendance at the office in Sundbyberg. The current project plan states that the implementation phase will be completed in the second quarter of 2027. The assignment extends further and may also include preparations for continued scaling up and migration. Security information: Security clearance is not required at mission start-up under current conditions.
