🚀 Vi söker: Vaktmästare / Fastighetsskötare – Norra Sverige Företag: Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB Roll: Vaktmästare / Fastighetsskötare Specialisering: Fastighetsservice | Kontorsunderhåll | Teknisk service Erfarenhetsnivå: Medelnivå (Kompetensnivå 3) Placeringsort: Sollefteå, Sverige Övriga orter: Sundsvall och Luleå Arbetsmodell: På plats (ingen distansmöjlighet) Omfattning: 80–100 % Period: 15 februari 2027 – 14 februari 2029 Språk: Svenska (goda kunskaper) Om rollen Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB söker en ansvarstagande och serviceinriktad Vaktmästare / Fastighetsskötare för att stödja den dagliga fastighetsdriften och kontorsservicen i norra Sverige. Du kommer huvudsakligen att arbeta i Sollefteå, med ansvar för att även stödja verksamheten i Sundsvall och Luleå. Arbetet innebär nära samarbete med fastighetsförvaltare, fastighetsägare, leverantörer och entreprenörer. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Utföra daglig fastighetsservice och regelbundna tillsynsronderingar. Ta emot, registrera och följa upp felanmälningar och underhållsbehov. Samordna reparations- och underhållsarbeten samt kontakta leverantörer och entreprenörer. Utföra enklare tekniskt underhåll, inklusive filterbyten i ventilationssystem och centraldammsugare. Genomföra kontroller av brandskydd och bidra till en säker arbetsmiljö. Hjälpa till med montering, möblering och byte av kontorsutrustning. Hantera post, gods, leveranser och kontorsmaterial. Se till att mötesrum, kök, skrivarrum och gemensamma utrymmen hålls i god ordning. Samordna catering och andra kontorsrelaterade tjänster. Hantera enklare administration, fakturor och dokumentation. Medverka till utveckling av rutiner och effektivare arbetssätt. Hjälpa till med skötsel av utvalda fordon. Samordna transporter mellan Sollefteå, Sundsvall och vid behov Luleå och Stockholm.

Krav på kompetens och erfarenhet Tidigare erfarenhet som vaktmästare, fastighetsskötare, fastighetstekniker eller liknande. Praktisk erfarenhet av fastighetsservice och kontorsunderhåll. Grundläggande teknisk förståelse för ventilation och fastighetsrelaterad utrustning. Erfarenhet av kontakt med leverantörer, fastighetsägare och entreprenörer. Kunskap om arbetsmiljö och grundläggande brandskydd. God administrativ och organisatorisk förmåga. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och hantera flera arbetsuppgifter parallellt. God servicekänsla och samarbetsförmåga. Goda kunskaper i svenska är ett krav.

Meriterande erfarenhet Fastighetsförvaltning och tekniskt byggnadsunderhåll. Underhåll av ventilation och andra tekniska installationer. Brandskyddskontroller och arbetsmiljöarbete. Leverantörs- och entreprenörssamordning. Kontorsservice och arbetsplatsadministration. Hantering av serviceavtal och fastighetsrelaterade avtal. Erfarenhet av arbete på flera geografiska orter. Grundläggande fordonsunderhåll och transportkoordinering.

Du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och tar ansvar för att arbetsuppgifter genomförs med god kvalitet. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med kollegor, leverantörer och entreprenörer och kan självständigt planera och prioritera ditt dagliga arbete. Viktig information Placeringsort: Sollefteå, med resor till Sundsvall och Luleå samt ibland Stockholm. Arbetsmodell: På plats, ingen möjlighet till distansarbete. Omfattning: 80–100 %.
