The posting

Hyliion is committed to creating innovative solutions that enable clean, flexible and affordable electricity production. The Company’s primary focus is to develop distributed power generators that can operate on various fuel sources to future-proof against an ever-changing energy economy.

Job Purpose

The Field Service Engineer will supervise the onsite installation of the KARNO™ Power Module at customer sites, and lead the commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site customer support for the successful deployment of the KARNO Power Modules. This position is part of Hyliion's field service organization, which supports KARNO installations across the United States. Current deployments are primarily in defense and data center applications. The position begins with a training period of approximately three to four months in Milford, OH, working alongside the research, development, and engineering teams as KARNO units are built and serviced during final testing, including training on heat engine fundamentals, PLCs, HMIs, and advanced control systems. The position then transitions to field installation, commissioning, and long-term on-site support at customer locations, initially across the West Coast and expanding to other regions as the installed base grows.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
