Join Hyman Brothers KIA as a Cashier at our Midlothian, VA location. As a pivotal member of our team, you will ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Handle cash, credit, and check payments, following proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to all clients.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the cashier station and in surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Manage rental or loaner cars and handle other tasks as they arise.
  • This role involves more than cashiering—you’ll also get to learn other aspects of the daily service procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous cashier or cash handling experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
