Scopo della Posizione

La risorsa utilizzerà competenze tecniche ed esperienza per eseguire e mantenere i processi produttivi in modo efficiente, contribuendo alla realizzazione di prodotti che superano le aspettative dei clienti in termini di qualità, puntualità, prestazioni e valore.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Eseguire in autonomia lavorazioni CNC complesse e processi produttivi (lavorazioni meccaniche, controlli e collaudi) nel reparto assegnato, nel rispetto di procedure, lavoro standard e requisiti di qualità.
  • Garantire la continuità produttiva e il rispetto delle consegne pianificate.
  • Migliorare le prestazioni delle macchine riducendo i tempi di fermo attraverso una corretta manutenzione autonoma, pulizia e segnalazione tempestiva di anomalie.
  • Identificare e implementare opportunità di miglioramento continuo utilizzando principi Lean e sistemi ad alte prestazioni.
  • Partecipare attivamente a iniziative di miglioramento dei processi (es. Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, value stream mapping).
  • Documentare e comunicare in modo efficace lo stato delle macchine, le attività svolte e le eventuali irregolarità per garantire un passaggio di consegne efficace tra i turni.
  • Agire come punto di riferimento tecnico, fornendo supporto, affiancamento, formazione e certificazione (formale e informale) ad altri associati nell’area.
  • Operare nel pieno rispetto delle linee guida aziendali, incluse sicurezza, qualità e valori di Hypertherm Associates.

Requisiti

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o titolo equivalente.
  • Esperienza consolidata come Operatore CNC
  • Solida conoscenza delle macchine CNC (terminologia, tipologie di macchine utensili, componenti, attrezzaggi e utensili).
  • Esperienza nell’uso preciso ed efficiente degli strumenti di misura.
  • Capacità di lettura e comprensione della documentazione tecnica e dei disegni meccanici.
  • Conoscenze matematiche di base (frazioni/decimali, conversioni metrico–imperiale, geometria di base, sistema cartesiano).
  • Comprensione dei principi Lean Manufacturing.
  • Capacità di problem solving di base.
  • Buone capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
  • Utilizzo intermedio del computer e del pacchetto Microsoft Office.

Orario di Lavoro e Turnazione

Orario iniziale: 08:00 – 17:00 (durante il periodo di inserimento/probatorio).

Dopo il periodo probatorio: turnazione settimanale alternata:

  • 06:00 – 14:45
  • 14:30 – 23:15

In futuro, l'operatore deve essere disponibile anche per partecipare a una rotazione nel turno di notte.

Retribuzione annua lorda di base su 13 mensilità compresa tra € 30.000 e € 35.000 (in base all'effettiva capacità lavorativa).

Maggiorazioni Turni

  • +15% per le ore lavorate dopo le 18:00
  • +30% per le ore lavorate dopo le 22:00

We are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator to join our Laser Consumables team at Esse A in Sasso Marconi, Italy, who wants to grow professionally in a collaborative environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of the Italian Language

For this role, knowledge of the Italian language is required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Italian with near-native proficiency in professional and technical contexts.

Position Purpose

The successful candidate will use technical skills and experience to operate and maintain production processes efficiently, contributing to the delivery of products that exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, performance, and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently perform complex CNC operations and production processes (machining, inspections, and testing) in the assigned department, in compliance with procedures, standard work, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure production continuity and adherence to scheduled deliveries.
  • Improve machine performance by reducing downtime through proper autonomous maintenance, cleaning, and timely reporting of issues.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Lean principles and high-performance systems.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, value stream mapping).
  • Effectively document and communicate machine status, completed activities, and any irregularities to ensure smooth shift handovers.
  • Act as a technical point of reference, providing support, coaching, training, and certification (formal and informal) to other associates in the area.
  • Operate in full compliance with company guidelines, including safety, quality, and Hypertherm Associates’ values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machines (terminology, machine types, components, setups, and tooling).
  • Experience using measurement tools accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and mechanical drawings.
  • Basic math skills (fractions/decimals, metric–imperial conversions, basic geometry, Cartesian system).
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office.

Working Hours and Shift Rotation

  • Initial schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (during onboarding/probationary period).
  • After probation: alternating weekly shifts:
  • 06:00 – 14:45
  • 14:30 – 23:15

In the future, the operator must also be available to rotate into the night shift.

Compensation

  • Base gross annual salary (13 payments): €30,000 – €35,000, based on actual skill level and experience.

Shift Premiums

  • +15% for hours worked after 6:00 PM
  • +30% for hours worked after 10:00 PM
