The posting

Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

  1. Credit Asset Sourcing & Development — Connect with overseas asset issuers, establish and maintain asset-provider networks, and continuously expand funding sources.
  2. Product Design — Participate in the design of credit investment products, including underlying structures, credit enhancement measures, asset allocation, tenor/liquidity management, and customer pricing. Balance asset providers' financing needs with delivering competitive investment products.
  3. Business Negotiation & Project Execution — Lead negotiations for asset acquisition, design cooperation structures and profit-sharing mechanisms, coordinate internal and external resources to drive asset onboarding projects to completion, and collaborate with risk and compliance teams on due diligence and approval processes.
  4. Market Research — Track credit market interest rate trends and regulatory developments, research RWA competitor product structures and strategies, identify potential asset opportunities, and provide market insights to support investment direction.

Requirements

  1. Education — Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience — At least 3 years of experience in internet credit or fintech companies. Familiar with the underlying logic and risk characteristics of credit assets, including consumer loans, business loans, and supply chain finance. Candidates with established domestic or overseas asset issuer networks and a proven track record are preferred.
  3. Skills — Excellent business negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Strong ability to work under pressure and collaborate across teams. Experience in the Web3 industry or on Web3-related projects is preferred.
