The posting

Position: Real Estate Acquisition Manager / Closer

Schedule: TBD

Compensation: $10 - $11/hour based on experience + tiered commission starting at $500 per deal.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to manage the front end of our acquisitions process. You will identify motivated property owners, build rapport, qualify opportunities, follow up with leads, and help move qualified deals toward contract.

This is a phone-focused role ideal for someone who is confident speaking with sellers, enjoys negotiation, and is highly organized with their follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to residential and commercial property owners.
  • Follow proven scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation.
  • Identify seller motivation, timeline, property condition, financing, decision makers, and asking price.
  • Build relationships and consistently follow up with warm and long-term leads.
  • Research new courthouse and public-record leads.
  • Maintain detailed notes and accurate information in the CRM.
  • Negotiate initial pricing and terms with qualified sellers.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps.
  • Work closely with ownership to move qualified opportunities toward contract.

Property Types

You may work with a variety of properties, including:

  • Single-family homes
  • Vacant land
  • Multifamily
  • Industrial
  • Self-storage
  • Retail properties

Requirements

  • 2+ years of cold calling, inside sales, or similar experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience working with a CRM.
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Reliable internet, computer, professional headset, and quiet workspace.
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S. property owners.

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate wholesaling or acquisitions.
  • Commercial or residential real estate.
  • Investor lead generation.
  • Experience calling U.S. property owners.
  • Podio, GoHighLevel, REsimpli, or similar CRM experience.

Ideal Candidate

You are confident, persistent, organized, and naturally curious. You enjoy talking to people, handle rejection well, build trust quickly, and think like an investor rather than simply a salesperson. Most importantly, you take ownership of your pipeline and follow through consistently.

Performance will be measured by calls, qualified leads, follow-up, appointments, contracts generated, and revenue produced.
