The posting

Position: Real Estate Executive Assistant Location: Remote — LATAM & Egypt Schedule: Monday–Friday + 2 hours on Saturday Compensation: Up to $6.00 USD/hour + $100 bonus per closed deal

Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST Saturday: 2 hours — schedule to be determined

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive Assistant to support an active Real Estate Investor and help manage daily operations across multiple businesses.

You will work closely with the executive, acquisitions team, vendors, contractors, inspectors, insurance agents, buyers, and other key contacts to ensure properties and transactions move smoothly from acquisition through disposition.

Candidates must have:

Excellent spoken and written English Clear, professional communication A neutral/easily understandable accent Strong customer service skills Confidence communicating with different types of people Additional Qualifications 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines independently. Experience working with CRMs and digital documentation. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, inspectors, buyers, or insurance companies. Strong follow-up and task-management skills. Highly reliable, proactive, and accountable. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.

Core Requirements — Non-Negotiables 1. Real Estate Investor Experience

We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience working with real estate investors involved in:

Property acquisitions Fix & flips Property rehabilitation/renovation Property dispositions Rental property investments Real estate investment operations

Experience as a traditional realtor, leasing agent, MLS/listing coordinator, or general property manager does not meet this requirement by itself.

2. Executive Assistant Experience

We follow a "No Double-Training" approach.

Candidates should meet at least one of the following profiles:

Profile A — Real Estate Experience: Direct experience working for a real estate investor or real estate investment company. Profile B — Strong EA Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive, business owner, entrepreneur, or high-level professional. Candidates with strong EA experience may be trained on the real estate investment side.

3. Communication Skills

Excellent communication is essential. You may communicate directly with buyers, sellers, vendors, contractors, insurance agents, and other business partners.
