Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage production scheduling and orders on the manufacturing floor at the Fremont, California facility.

· Mitigate risks to on-time delivery.

· Forecast future capacity and labor requirements.

· Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

· Develop detailed specifications and implement production plans.

· Oversee process-design projects and ensure timely completion.

· Design new processes and improve existing manufacturing or production processes to increase productivity, quality, and profitability.

Requirements:

· Operations experience, preferably in manufacturing.

· Experience with business-process analysis and architecture.

· High-volume reporting and data-analysis experience.

· Bachelor’s or associate degree plus at least five years of related industry or job experience, or equivalent certifications plus three years of related industry or job experience.

· Server-product knowledge, including hardware and software.

· Demonstrated verbal and written business-communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively by phone.

· Proven self-starter and fast learner with established computer skills.

· Recognized analytical skills and experience solving diverse and complex problems through evaluation of identifiable data factors.

· Demonstrated judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques to obtain solutions.

· Proficiency with Windows operating systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Ability to travel as required.
