Standort: Melle | Arbeitszeit: Reine Frühschicht (Keine Schichtarbeit!)

Du arbeitest gerne an Einzelteilen und Kleinserien, programmierst selbst an der Maschine und legst Wert auf saubere Prozesse und moderne Technik? Du suchst eine Stelle ohne ständigen Schichtwechsel, bei der du deine Freizeit fest planen kannst?

Deine Tätigkeit:

  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
  • Eigenständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Anpassen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen direkt an der Maschine
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen sowie Maß- und Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile
  • CNC-Fräsen in 3- und 5-Achsen und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Abläufen und Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Bearbeitung verschiedener Metallwerkstoffe (z. B. Stahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium – je nach Auftrag)

Das bringst du mit (Must-haves)

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CNC-Zerspanungsmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung in der Zerspanung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Fräsmaschinen (Bedienen, Rüsten, Einrichten)
  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Verständnis für Maße und Toleranzen
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss (Nice-to-haves)

  • Erfahrung in der Programmerstellung oder -anpassung direkt an der Maschine
  • Kenntnisse im 3- oder 5-Achs-Fräsen
  • Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Metallwerkstoffen (z. B. Stahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium)
  • Bereitschaft, Abläufe zu hinterfragen und Optimierungen einzubringen
