Interstate Honda is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individuals to join our I-5 Sales Team as Auto Sales Consultants!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Guide customers through a professional, customer-focused vehicle purchasing experience using established sales processes and dealership procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including vehicle features, technology, and available options.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and functionality to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure customers understand vehicle operations, warranty coverage, and required paperwork.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer information and daily CRM activities in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership departments to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to achieve goals.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, walk the dealership lot, and operate a variety of vehicles.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
